Soul, Lotion, and Me
The name was born during a silent retreat at a Buddhist monastery. One evening, I reached for my body lotion after a shower — a small habit I’d picked up from watching my mother do the same, every day. My roommate looked surprised; she hadn’t expected something so ordinary in a place built around simplicity.
That moment stayed with me. Just as lotion cares for the skin, our souls need the same regular tending — nourishment, presence, gentleness. Real growth doesn’t come from being hard on ourselves. It comes from compassion. Soul Lotion is about learning to love yourself into whoever you’re becoming next.
About
I’m Nikolett, a psychology-informed coach with experience and interest in supporting people through life’s biggest transitions — relocating to a new country, career changes, losses, identity shifts, and finding direction when the path forward feels unclear. I have a particular focus on women’s identity and personal development, and on supporting neurodivergent clients to understand themselves more fully.
I also work with questions that go beyond the everyday; meaning, purpose, and how we make sense of who we’re becoming when the usual frameworks don’t quite fit.
Coaching with me isn’t about being told what to do. You define the direction — I create a safe space to witness and support your growth, using techniques personalised to you.
